Our Classes

CrossFit classes bring together strength training, gymnastics skills, and cardio in constantly varied workouts.

Each session follows a structured format with a warm‑up, main workout, and cool‑down, guided by a coach throughout.

Exercises can be adapted to suit beginners through to experienced athletes, creating an inclusive group environment aimed at building broad, well‑rounded fitness.

HYROX sessions are built around endurance and functional strength, blending running or cardio intervals with simple, effective strength work.

The focus is on developing stamina, power, and full‑body conditioning through workouts that challenge you without unnecessary complexity.

Movements and intensities can be scaled, making the class accessible for a wide range of fitness levels while still pushing performance.

Make your lunch break count.

Express is a condensed CrossFit or HYROX class, designed to give you a complete, coached workout in just 45 minutes.

Expect the same quality coaching, structure and intensity you’d get from a regular 363 class — just streamlined to fit into your lunchtime.

A tougher workout. A bigger buzz. A better way to start the weekend.

Friday Night Throwdown is a 75-minute session featuring longer workouts, challenging WODs, partner and team elements, and an electric community atmosphere.

Designed for those who want to end the week with a bang, this class is all about pushing limits, celebrating effort, and enjoying the journey with your fellow members.

Olympic Lifting classes concentrate on the snatch and the clean & jerk, with a strong emphasis on technique and safe movement.

Sessions are structured to help members develop strength, mobility, and confidence under the barbell.

Suitable for all experience levels, the class offers clear progressions and coaching cues to support both new lifters and seasoned athletes.

Gymnastics classes focus on building bodyweight strength, control, and skill through movements such as pull‑ups, handstands, and core work.

Coaching places a strong emphasis on quality of movement and progression, allowing athletes to develop at their own pace.

The aim is to improve mobility, strength, and confidence in fundamental bodyweight skills. Conditioning is often included to practice learnt skills under fatigue in a workout setting.

Kids classes are designed to introduce children to fitness in a fun, safe, and engaging way.

Sessions focus on basic movement skills, coordination, and teamwork through age‑appropriate games, exercises, and challenges.

Emphasis is placed on building confidence, developing healthy habits, and learning how to move well — all in a supportive and positive group setting.

The Barbell class is dedicated to improving strength and technique in major barbell lifts, while also developing the ability to move a barbell efficiently during workouts.

Sessions combine focused lifting practice with conditioning that includes barbell cycling under fatigue.

With adjustable loads and progressions, the class caters to beginners and experienced lifters alike.

Team WOD is all about shared effort and collective challenge.

Athletes work in pairs or small groups to complete CrossFit‑style workouts that mix functional movements with teamwork and communication.

Whether you’re sharing reps, alternating movements, or working side by side, the team format creates an energetic, social atmosphere that makes training both challenging and fun.

Hangover is a feel‑good conditioning class aimed at getting you moving when energy is low.

The workouts are simple, sweat‑inducing, and free from heavy technical demands — just straightforward CrossFit‑style training to raise the heart rate and reset the body.

Ideal for slow mornings or recovery days, this class is designed to leave you feeling noticeably better by the end.
